Closing the 1.5-Hour Regional Void

For years, local collegiate stars from Dartmouth College, Colby-Sawyer College, and elite regional high schools faced a major hurdle during summer breaks: traveling up to 1.5 hours south to Massachusetts or west to Vermont Green FC just to access a top-tier pre-professional training ground.

At the helm of Upper Valley United is Head Coach Charles Muhlauri, a seasoned international tactician who brings top-tier global credentials to the Upper Valley:

  • International Track Record: Former Head Coach of the Zimbabwe Men’s National Team (2004–2007), leading the squad through World Cup qualification and the 2005 COSAFA Cup victory.
  • German A License Holder: Trained across world-class German football environments, including RB Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen, and Bayern Munich.
  • Proven Local Builder: Deep history of player development across the region as former Director of Coaching at Lightning and founder of the KUA summer camp.
